In 2015, my in-world avatar, Xay Tomsen designed and built the first Gurkha 4x4 Ute, the v6.30, on the Reef VR virtual world. This mongrel love-child of the earlier Anzac Sahara and Wombat 4x4, earned a quick reputation as a tough four-wheel-drive amphibious pickup truck.
Designed for use in DigiWorldz and other OpenSimulator virtual worlds, the Gurkha 4x4 v7.71 is now in it's fourth iteration and ready to tackle your next adventure.
Specifications ★ Gurkha 4x4 Ute
The Gurkha is an unbreakable monster truck in a small package. It tackles any terrain or water conditions, and its steep entry angle and integrated bullbar make short work of the steepest hill climb.
With realism the goal, this 3 ton beast is a touch less corner-friendly than its spritely cousin, the Anzac Seven, but only by a whisker. In the sea, no problems either. Seriously, this thing goes anywhere.

How to buy
The Gurkha 4x4 Ute is available in-world at the Tamita Motors showroom in Arius on the DigiWorldz grid. Arius region is hypergrid-enabled so you can teleport there from other virtual worlds and inspect the vehicle to make sure it suits your needs.
Teleport to Tamita Motors
If you have a viewer installed, simply click the landmark below to teleport to Tamita Motors. If you don't have a viewer and would like to check out virtual worlds, download the free Firestorm Viewer, and then join a grid. I recommend DigiWorldz where my avatar has lived happily since 2016. If you take this link to DigiWorldz, I do get a commission if you later decide to rent land. I appreciate your support. 😊
When you purchase a Gurkha 4x4 Ute, you'll receive the latest model, plus an updater for free upgrades if I mod the code at some future point.
The IruMoto 7.72 engine is proven on multiple virtual worlds. It should export without major issue to other hypergrid-enabled worlds. Some minor code tweaks such as steering direction might be needed, depending on your grid.
