Designed for DigiWorldz and other OpenSimulator virtual worlds, the Pacific series of houses by Xay Tomsen, come in three sizes ranging from bungalow to mansion, and each with five colour options.
With a focus on casual beach lifestyle, the Pacific House series is open plan and airy. The buildings are made from prims. Textures are natural, including timbers, coral, stucco, bamboo, and rattan.
The southern tropics theme of the Pacific makes these buildings ideal as rental homes or as a sprawling resort-style homestead with BnB bungalows in a tropical island setting.
Each home comes ready-to-use in a rez box. Simply rez the box, touch it, and a menu will appear. Remember to click 'Finish' when you're done.
IruMoto scripts power the touch-operated lighting, doors, and window tinting. All of my buildings are copy/mod so you can rez as many as you want, change textures etc.
You'll find the available build and colour options below. To view my range of buildings in-world, visit the XTC Homes display village, located on my region Arius. It's connected to the hypergrid. I also have Podex terminals on site if you need to transfer game currency or convert real currency.

Tuvalu Cabin
The Tuvalu Cabin is the smallest home in the Pacific series. Available in five colour and trim variants, it has a compact yet surprisingly spacious 20x30 metre footprint, for a meagre land impact of 58 prims.

Honiara House
The Honiara House is the mid-sized home in the Pacific series. It is available in five colour and trim variants, and has a 30x30 metre footprint. Its land impact is very small at only 97 prims.

Noumea Mansion - info and specs
Noumea Mansion
The Noumea Mansion is the largest house in the Pacific series, featuring two storeys, two corner entrances, and massive upstairs entertainment area, perfect for a games room, barbecue area, or even a party space. It has a 40x40 metre footprint and a land impact of 165 prims.
