The Manatu House for OpenSimulator, designed and built by Xay Tomsen, is a modern single-storey open-plan house with integrated roof lighting and rotating doorways.

The Manatu House is available in three different colours and wall textures. It is designed for use on DigiWorldz, and other OpenSimulator virtual worlds. With a 50x30 metre footprint and land impact of 77 prims, the Manatu House is an architecturally futuristic building designed for a family.
As with all Xay Tomsen buildings, scripts are provided byIruMoto Script Factory.
The Manatu House comes ready to go in a rez box. Simply rez the box, touch it, and a menu will appear. Remember to click 'Finish' when you're done. Note that you will need terraforming rights on your parcel to accommodate the inground swimming pool.
All of my buildings are copy/mod so you can rez as many as you want, or change textures etc.
