Designed for DigiWorldz and other OpenSimulator virtual worlds, the Capricorn series of houses by Xay Tomsen, come in four sizes ranging from small tourist cabin to double story mansion, and each with multiple colour options.
The Capricorn series of homes is elegant with hints of colonial architecture. The buildings are made from prims, as I favour prims over mesh for accuracy. Textures are from nature and natural sources including wood, rock, sandstone, iron, and marble.
The Capricorn range blends traditionalism with art deco, making these buildings well suited to island and coastal living. Apart from the smallest Byfield cabine, all homes in this series feature a rooftop pool for relaxing or entertaining.
Each home comes ready-to-use in a rez box. Simply rez the box, touch it, and a menu will appear. Drag the box to move all the building's components, and don't forget to click 'Finish' when you're done.
IruMoto scripts power the touch-operated lighting, doors, and window tinting. All of my buildings are copy/mod so you can rez as many as you want, change textures etc.

Byfield Cabin
The Byfield Cabin is the smallest home in the Capricorn series. Ideal for micro parcels, wayward teenagers, or tenant NPCs, the Byfield Cabin has a 10m x 16m footprint and a land impact of 29 prims including windows and doors.
Torquay Bungalow - info and specs
Torquay Bungalow
The Torquay Bungalow is the second smallest house in the Capricorn series. Ideal for a 512 square metre parcel, the Torquay has a 10m x 20m footprint and contains 44 prims including windows and doors.
Gladstone House - info and specs
Gladstone House
The Gladstone House is the second biggest house in the Capricorn series, featuring external ramp access to rooftop entertainment area. Perfect as a holiday beach house, the Gladstone has a 20m x 20m footprint and comprises 76 prims.

Mackay Mansion - info and specs
Mackay Mansion
The Mackay Mansion is a palatial three-bedroom two-storey home, and the largest in the Capricorn series. Featuring a wrap around veranda and both internal and external ramp access to the rooftop entertainment area, the Mackay is a perfect family home for several avatars or NPCs.
The Mackay Mansion has a massive 40x40 metre footprint, for a land impact of 168 prims.
